Supported Living
Supporting Vulnerable Young People & Adults
We provide supported living services to support vulnerable young people (16-25 year olds) and adults (18+). The aim of our support is to help them gain the skills and confidence they need in order to transition to more independent living. Some of the people we support come from challenging backgrounds and may need professional support to recover from their past and move forward to a brighter future.
At Lavender Care Solutions, we understand that everyone’s circumstances and needs are different. Therefore, we support each service user individually while utilising nurse-led person-centred risk assessments and management plans.
Lavender Care Solutions boasts a team of fully-trained and compassionate support workers and nurses who have strong values that promote compliance, honesty, excellence, teamwork and care. As such we have a great organisational culture and a workforce that is committed to make positive transformation in our service users’ lives.
